These are the applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicants / acquiring body. There are in all five civil applications for condonation of delay ranging from 665 days to 986 days.

Issue notice to respondents / original claimants. Mr. S.R. Kedar, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear in these civil applications on behalf of respondents / original claimants and waives notice for respondents / original claimants in all civil applications. His statement is taken on record. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents / original claimants with the Registry.

Mr. Munde, learned counsel for the applicants / acquiring body seeks leave to place on record the copy of order passed by this Court in civil application no. 7179 of 2021 in first appeal (stamp) no. 6203 of 2021 with connected matters dated 30.07.2021. He submits that this Court was pleased to condone the delay in connected matters. He urged to condone the delay. 4.

Leave granted. Copy of order dated 30.07.2021 is taken on record.

I have gone through the copy of order passed earlier by this Court in civil application no. 7179 of 2021 in first appeal (stamp) no. 6203 of 2021 with connected matters dated 30.07.2021. It is revealed that this Court was pleased to allow the applications for condonation of delay. Mr. S.R. Kedar, learned counsel for the respondents / original claimants fairly concedes the position.

It is necessary to allow this application by taking the same view, which has been earlier taken by this Court in the above referred matters.

O R D E R

(i) The applications for condonation of delay are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

(ii) The Registry to make scrutiny of the appeals and register the same as per due procedure, and thereafter, those be placed before the Court for admission.
