The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 employee who was the original appellant before the School Tribunal in Appeal No.99/2000, submits that the petitioner Management had approached this Court for challenging the interlocutory order dated 30/03/2001, by which, the termination order dated 24/10/2000, was stayed. 3.

He further submits that this Court admitted the petition on 13/12/2001. Interim relief was granted to the

93-wp-5110-01.odt Management by staying the interim order of the School Tribunal and the said Tribunal at Solapur was directed to decide the pending appeal.

The learned Advocate for the employee submits that the appeal has been allowed finally by the School Tribunal and the Management had preferred Writ Petition for challenging the final judgment of the School Tribunal. Said petition is still pending in this Court.

In view of the above, this petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed off.
