1) During speaking to the minutes in Writ Petition No.969/2004 the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there are some typographical mistakes in respect of the dates mentioned in the judgment. He submitted that in para 2 instead of the date of grant of permission on permanent no grant basis as 10-1-1996 the date should be 30-7-1999. The correction is to be made accordingly.

2 WP 969 of 2004 2) The learned counsel submitted that in para 3 in place of name of the authority as Deputy Director of Education the name should be the Joint Director of Higher Education. That correction is to be made. He submitted that in respect of the date of recommendation as 16-32002 the date should be 15-2-2006. This correction is also to be made accordingly. The motion stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
