The present petitioner is challenging the impugned Show Cause Notice issued by the learned Tahsildar, Karjat, for carrying minor minerals illegally. The vehicle is also seized. The petitioner is directed to pay amount of fine of Rs. 1,65,280/-. The respondent No.4 issued notice to the petitioner and called the explanation from the petitioner. 2.

This Court hardly find any reason to cause interference in the proceeding at this stage. The petitioner has already filed reply. This Court is not inclined to hear the petition.
