Heard both the sides. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the commissioner, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% deposited before the Commissioner on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Commissioner and for withdrawal of the remaining 50% amount, the applicants shall furnish the solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Commissioner. On these conditions the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
