Over and above, on quite a few occasions, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel tenders across photo copies of extract of service book and pay slips which according to him, indicate that the petitioner has already been employed which are

On behalf of the Petitioner no one appears. The cause for which the Petition has been filed appears to have been served. In the circumstances, the cause no longer appears to survive. Hence the petition is disposed of.
