Mr. Rudrawar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as Peon with respondent No.3 after following due procedure. The appointment of the petitioner is also approved by the Education Officer under order dated 14th December, 2010. The salary bills are submitted by the Institution to the Education Officer, but the petitioner is not paid the salary as yet.

The learned A.G.P., appearing for respondent No. 2 submits that the salary bills are submitted by the Management/Institution in the year 2010 for

wp1007-2015 payment of salary of the petitioner. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the post, on which the petitioner is working, is on grantin-aid. 3.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall submit fresh salary bills of the petitioner to respondent No.2 - Education Officer. Respondent No.2 shall take decision on the salary bills expeditiously and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of salary bills, on its own merits.

If the Education Officer - respondent No.2 comes to the conclusion that the salary is payable to the petitioner, then the same shall be disbursed expeditiously.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
