After advancing arguments, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted on instruction that he has gone through the contents of affidavit filed by Secretary, working in Home Department of the State and in view of that submissions made in it, he wants to withdraw the petition. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to come to this Court again, if occasion arises. In view of this, criminal application filed for producing the documents on record is also disposed of.
