Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). During

946 appln.287.24.odt pendency of the criminal revision application, the execution of sentence awarded to the applicant is suspended and the applicant be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount. The bail bond shall be furnished before the Trial Court.
