Learned Advocate for petitioners has placed on record the order passed by this Court dated 21st June, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 3385 of 1998 (Ravji Pandurang Hase and others Versus The State of Maharashtra and another) and connected matters. According to the learned Advocate for the petitioners, this petition is covered by the said order.
