This writ petition pertains to no confidence motion moved against respondent No.4 Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Adgaon (Sarak), Tq. and district Aurangabad. The requisition was submitted on 24.8.2007 and the special meeting was held on 3.9.2007. No confidence motion was passed against respondent No.4. In the backdrop of these facts due to passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
