This application is filed for bringing legal heirs of petitioner No. 1A on record. There is delay of 4014 days in bringing legal heirs on record. According to applicants, though, Petitioner No. 1A has expired on 21.10.2012, they were not aware about the proceeding pending before this Court. It is only when applicants inquired about the listing of matter and narrated about death of Petitioner No. 1A, the learned advocate had advised them to file the present application. Therefore, there is Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 905-ca-4948-2024 delay in preferring this application.

Considering the explanation given by applicants in para 5 and 6, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'.

Applicants are permitted to bring legal heirs of Petitioner No. 1A on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
