Learned advocate for petitioners argued the matter for some time. This Court expressed a view that, petitioners can challenge the order of issuance of process by filing Criminal Revision Application before the Sessions Court. Learned advocate for petitioners submits that, non-bailable warrants are issued against petitioners and that order may be stayed for a period of two weeks.

Learned advocate for petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file Criminal Revision Application under section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Sessions Court. 3.

Permission granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
