1] Shri M.M. Nerlikar, learned APP has made this motion of speaking to minutes. He submits that in the judgment dated 11.9.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.329/1991, his appearance on behalf of the State is wrongly mentioned. He requests that instead of his appearance on behalf of the appellant - State, the appearance of Shri K.S. Patil, APP may be shown for the appellant - State as Shri K.S. Patil only worked out the appeal on 11.9.2015.
