Heard the learned advocates of both the sides. 2.

The petitioner is an ambulance driver appointed on a contractual basis and is soliciting payment of wages as per the scale as has been done in several matters, a detailed order in respect of which was passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Navnath Bhaskar Dive and Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., in Writ Petition No. 1913 of 2024 and the connected matters. 3.

In light of the parties being ad idem, we dispose of this Writ 1/2
