The first appeal st. No. 8981/2022 is dismissed by order dated 12-09-2022 for the reasons that the challan is already utilized and therefore, said cannot be considered. 2.

The learned advocate for the appellant submits that now the corporation has prepared separate challan for depositing the amount.
