Heard Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.M. Kulkarni, learned counsel holding for Mr. H.K. Munde, learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 6. After hearing the counsel for respective parties, it transpired that the petitioner is claiming appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher by condoning age by six years. Now the petitioner would be over age by more than 18 years.

In light of that, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be considered. Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
