This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 4209 days in seeking the restoration of the writ petition whereby the applicant was putting up a challenge to the order of respondent no. 2-scrutiny committee invalidating her tribe claim.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for both respondents. 4.

Since it is a matter of invalidation and there is no adversary who would be put to any prejudice by restoration of the writ petition, for the reasons mentioned in the application.

The Application is allowed. The writ petition is restored subject to the removal of the office objections within four weeks and subject to petitioner depositing costs of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) in this Court, within four weeks.

The petitioner shall in the meanwhile cooperate the Registry in reconstruction of the file.
