This application is filed by the legal representatives of the deceased claimant namely Dagadu Baban Katale, for bringing them on record. They also seek condonation of delay of 2816 days in filing this application.

Learned A.G.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Acquiring Body - respondent No.1 have no objection to condone the delay and bring the L.Rs.

ca3700-2019 of claimant on record.
