The registration of the First Appeal stamp no. 33783/2022 was refused pursuant to order dated 07.02.2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court whereby two weeks time was granted to remove office objections subject to condition that if no office objections are removed, the Appeal stands dismissed automatically.

Since the order was passed before issuing notice to the Respondents, this Court find that it is not necessary to issue notice to Respondents for the purpose of this Application. Now the applicant is ready to remove office objections within six weeks from today. Application, therefore, stands allowed subject to removal of office objections within six weeks from today.
