This application is filed only with limited prayer for direction to transmit the amount deposited in this court to the MACT, Dhule for withdrawal.

This court has already decided the appeal. In the first appeal, this court by way of judgment enhanced the amount of

(2) 36ca1454.24 compensation. Pursuant to the judgment and order dated 2208-2022 the amount is deposited in this court. 4.

Looking to the nature of the prayer, this court feels that no notice is necessary to the respondents. 5.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. 6.

After amount is transmitted to the learned MACT, Dhule, same shall be disbursed to the applicants. 7.

The application stands disposed off.
