Both these applications are filed by appellant/acquiring body Pooja Kale 1/2

18 CA 1854-2022 & 19 for condonation of delay periods mentioned therein. The delay appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. Additionally, learned Counsel for acquiring body produced on record letters issued by officer of acquiring body to learned Reference Court dated 12.07.2022 and 10.06.2022 mentioning that, the acquiring body has deposited the amount of compensation as directed by this Court in both these matters. As such, the applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of. 3.

Appeals be registered after removal of office objections, if any. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1855 OF 2022 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1858 OF 2022 4.

Since the appellant - acquiring body has deposited the compensation amounts in both these matters as per direction of this Court, both the applications are made absolute during the pendency of these appeals.
