Vide order dated 21.06.2023 the impugned judgement and award is stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the compensation awarded along with accrued interest, the learned Counsel for the applicants makes a statement that in connected matters, i.e. Civil Application No.1773 of 2025 in First Appeal No.1880 of 2023 this Court has permitted withdrawal of the entire amount, deposited with this Court i.e. 50% of the total amount of compensation as awarded under impugned judgment and award, on furnishing usual undertaking. 2.

Accepting the statement, present application is disposed of by granting permission to the applicant to withdraw the amount deposited
