IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.1025 OF 2017 Pramila w/o Subhash Gaikwad Petitioner

Versus

The State Election Commission of Maharashtra & others Respondents Mr.R.B.Temak, advocate for the petitioner Mr.S.T.Shelke, advocate for Respondent No.1.

Mr.S.R.Yadav (Lonikar), A.G.P. for Respondents No.2 to 4. CORAM : S.B.SHUKRE, J.

DATE : 23rd January, 2017 PER COURT:

Heard learned Counsel for respective parties and perused the impugned order.

It is seen from the paper book of this writ petition that the petitioner did not file any application to the Returning Officer for grant of further time to enable her to submit the election expenses; and that such an application was filed only when a dispute regarding incurring of her disqualification was raised before the learned Collector. Therefore, I feel no merit in this petition.

Writ Petition is dismissed with costs.
