The learned Counsel submits that as the petitioner is challenging the validity certificate issued by respondent no. 2, he may be granted liberty to assail the same before the Nagpur Bench of this Court and seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.

The petitioner may assail the validity issued to respondent no. 8 before the appropriate forum as may be permissible under law.
