Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has fled the proceedings for issuance of validity certifcate to his caste certifcate in Decembeer 2020 and now under the present Writ Petition seeks direction against the Committee to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

At the frst instance, the petitioner has fled the proposal for validation very late. The petitioner has also approached the Court after the last date of admission process is over.

The petitioner may appear beefore the Committee on 02/03/2021. The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceedings preferabely within 6 (six) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
