Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, i.e. 75% of the total compensation, which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

The learned counsel for the applicants placed on record copy of order dated 29/09/2023 whereby this Court in other

(2) 15- CA-1243-2025.odt connected matters has granted withdrawal of 50% of the deposited compensation amount alongwith the proportionate interest to the applicants therein. As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount of compensation alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amount be kept in FDR in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal.
