These are the Applications for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body with this Court, along with interest accrued thereon.

The Applications are filed by the Orig. Claimants. There is no dispute that the Acquiring Body has deposited the entire amount under the Award with this Court. There is no dispute that these are the first Applications for withdrawal of the amount by the Orig. Claimants. There is also no dispute that certain connected matters have been settled and the Claimants therein have withdrawn the amount. 3.
The learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body and the learned AGP for the State submit that the appropriate orders be passed. 4.
Considering the above, the Applicants / Claimants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount from the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body with this Court along with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking, and remaining 25% amount along with interest accrued thereon be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) in any Nationalized Bank and the FDR be renewed from time to time till disposal of the Appeals.
