This Application is filed by the Claimants for condonation of 1841 days delay caused in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court in L.A.R. No. 542 of 2001, decided on 02.01.2014.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that sufficient reasons have been shown in the Application and that the Application be allowed, and the Appeal be heard on its own merits. 3.

Learned AGP appears for Respondent No. 1, 2 and 3 and opposes the Application.
