We have heard Mr. Pathan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though earlier directions were given to decide the proceeding within the stipulated time by this Court, the committee failed to decide the same. The petitioner has completed his internship, but internship completion certificate is not issued to the petitioner.

The learned Addl. G. P. on instructions submits that the date is fixed by the committee for hearing on 23.02.2021. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 23.02.2021

2 26-wp 2940-2021.odt and put forth his case. The committee shall thereafter decide the proceeding finally within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Depending upon the decision that would be taken by the committee, the respondents may take further course of action. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
