Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The accused is a college student. In the incident, even the watchman was injured. However, he has been discharged from the hospital. The alleged weapon used by the applicant has also been recovered. There are no antecedents to his discredit. Considering the age and future of the applicant, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

952-BA.149-23.odt (ii) Applicant NIKHIL PETRAS PAWAR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.1025 of 2022, registered by Police Station Newasa, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the IPC, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
