Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, he has been arraigned as an accused making allegations that he was involved in providing the job on receiving money. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the prosecution has no evidence that the appointments of other witnesses allegedly employed by this applicant on receiving the money were forged appointments. The alleged witnesses had joined the services and received their salary; since, the said job was temporary, they left the job on their own. They never lodged the complaint against the applicant. After registering this crime, the police called them, recorded their statement and arraigned him as an accused in the

(2) crime. The applicant has no concern with the present incident. That apart, similarly situated co-accused have been released on bail by a detailed order dated 15.03.2022 by this Court. 4.

Learned APP would submit that similarly situated coaccused have been released on bail. 5.

Perused the order dated 15.03.2022. It is a detail order discussing all facts and granting bail to the co-accused. Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant and releasing the similarly situated co-accused by this Court, the applicant deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Ravindra Dayanidhi Shankhua, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.153 of 2021, registered with Basmat City Police Station, District Hingoli for the offence punishable under Section 420, 463, 464, 468, 471, 473, 120-B, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall report his presence on each Sunday of the month between 10.00 am to 10.30 am to Basmat City Police Station,

(3) Taluka Basmat, District Hingoli on phone till the conclusion of trial and furnish his cell number to the police.
