The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application for compassionate appointment on 28.11.2005, however, no decision has been taken on the same. 3.
We have heard learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad. The reply is also filed, however, the decision on the application is not communicated to the petitioner nor any decision has been taken. 4.
In light of that, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent Zilla Parishad shall decide the representation (Exh.C) filed by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four (4) months.
W.P.No.1009/15 b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
