On instructions, he submits that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition. In future, if there is any advertisement for recruitment through the Pavitra Portal, they would compete with all other candidates and if there is any legal impediment, they may choose to assail the same by taking recourse to an appropriate remedy, as is permissible in law.
