The petitioner and his Advocate are absent.

We found that at interim stage the petitioner was granted relief in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C', which reads as under:- "[B] Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, the respondents be directed to forthwith initiate the process for correction of date of birth of the petitioner as per the applications dated 13.2.2004 and 16.2.2004 of the petitioner.

[C] Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, the respondents be directed to treat "1.12.1987" as the correct

2 WP 1586/2004 date of birth of the petitioner for all purposes including admission to the professional courses and examinations thereof."

We assum that process for correction of date of birth of the petitioner must have been completed so-far. Therefore, no point in continuing with this petition. What is done pursuant to the interim order, cannot be undone now. Therefore, the petition stands disposed of as per the interim order.
