PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This court, earlier has passed an order on the basis of calculations furnished by the review applicant and permitted writ petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,05,943/- and the balance amount of Rs.17,635/- is permitted to be withdrawn by the Bank/applicant. Even otherwise the applicant/Bank is making grievance in respect of petty sum allowed to be withdrawn by the writ petitioner towards interest. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the civil application does not deserve consideration, hence, stands rejected.
