Heard Mr. Bachate, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned AGP appears for respondents Nos. 1 and 2. Learned AGP points out the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.3003/2011 with connected writ petitions, dated 11.02.2015, wherein, this Court passed following order: "1. Petitioners, for claiming their entitlement to receive freedom fighter's pension, have placed reliance on the order passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 1062410636/ 2013 decided on 25112013. The Apex Court, while delivering the order, has observed that the appeals are decided purely on facts and circumstances of the case and those shall not be treated as precedent in any other case. In the matters raising identical grievance being Writ Petition No. 2384/2011 and other companion matters, the Division Bench of this Court declined to cause interference and dismissed the petitions by order dated 17.11.2014. 1/2

2. For the reasons recorded while disposing of writ petitions by Division Bench in above referred matters, these petitions also do not deserve favourable consideration. Writ petitions are dismissed. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs."

For the reasons stated therein, the present writ petition also stands dismissed. No costs.
