The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the institution has forwarded the proposal to the Education Officer for upgradation of the post of Librarian from part time to full time (page no. 44). The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the upgradation of the post (page no. 44) is pending with respondent No. 3 and if respondent No. 3 is competent to take decision upon it, then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and
