The applicant was granted temporary bail due to covid pandemic and continued from time to time. He is an accused for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Now the pandemic is almost over. The applicant is expected to surrender back to the jail. He is stated to be eighty-five years of age.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks fifteen days time for surrender back to the concerned jail and move an application for regular bail. 3.
