The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal of the petitioner seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided (page No. 12) is pending with the respondent No. 2.

In case, the proposal submitted by the petitioner for grant of approval to the transfer from unaided to aided (page No. 12) is pending with the respondent No. 2 and if the respondent No. 2 is competent to decide the same, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
