Gore, learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that the present petition has become infructuous as the proceeding in which the impugned order was passed is already withdrawn by respondent no.3. In order to substantiate the said submission, she placed on record photo copy of order dated 27.06.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Soygaon in Cri.M.A. No.05/2023.
