( CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) DATE : 03/03/2018 ORAL JUDGMENT :

1.

By order dated 16/06/2017, the intimation by the learned Advocate for the respondent that she has passed away was noted and the petitioner was granted 3 weeks' time to bring the LR's on record. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner places on record the copy of his communication dated 18/06/2017 addressed to the petitioner, copy of the R.P.A.D. receipt dated 27/06/2017 and the copy of the khs/MAR.2018/2846-d

acknowledgement receipt indicating that the petitioner is served with the communication. These documents are taken on record and marked collectively as Exhibit "X" for identification. 3.

It appears that the petitioner has not responded to the intimation of the learned Advocate. No steps have been taken for bringing the LR's of the deceased respondent on record. 4.

As such, this petition abates. Rule is discharged. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) khs/MAR.2018/2846-d
