Mr. Ingle, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since September, 2015. If the validity is not submitted, the respondents are preventing the petitioner for appearing in the examination.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. None appears for respondent No.3, though served.

The respondent No.2-Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within eight months from today. The petitioner shall cooperate the respondent No.2 in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12th April, 2017. Till the validation proceeding is decided, the respondent No.3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondent No.3 can take further course of action in tune with the Judgment which may be delivered by the Committee.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
