The deceased was employed as a driver and he was only the bread earning member of the family due to which the applicants are in financial crises and as such there is delay of 54 days in filing the appeal. 4.

For the reasons stated, delay of 54 days is condoned. The civil application is disposed of.

The First Appeal is admitted. On admission, the learned counsel / AGP waive notice for the respective respondents. Call R & P. Office objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
