We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned A. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The petitioner is only issued with show cause notice. The petitioner may file reply to the show cause notice and if any order adverse to the interest of the petitioner is passed, then the petitioner has remedy available under the law. 3.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
