The petitioner assails the communication dated 13.1.2017, wherein the Collector has asked the Scrutiny Committee to give report within 24 hours.

Learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that the the Committee had replied the Collector by communication dated 18.1.2017, that the matter is under verification and it would take some time. As the process is being followed by the Scrutiny Committee, no interference is required.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
