Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 691 days condoned in filing first appeal.

The original claimant intends to challenge the award especially the quantum on the ground that, he has not been adequately compensated. Respondent No.2 is vehemently opposing the application on the ground that the reasons stated in the application are not reasonable and sufficient. The insurance company though served failed to appear.

Under such circumstances, taking into consideration the reasons stated in para No.3, the delay is condoned. Application stands allowed. Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for consideration on 18-07-2019.
