Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided posts has been submitted to the Education Officer (Primary). The same is not yet decided.

The learned Addl. GP appears for all respondent No. 1 and Mr. Patil, learned Advocate waives service of notice for respondent no. 2. 3.

In case, proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided post to aided post is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same in accordance with the law and policy, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of seven months from the date of order.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
