The Applicant is about 54 years old today and has lost employment in 2006 after he was terminated. He is out of employment ever since. In the coming three to four years, he would be attaining the age of superannuation. It is, therefore, prayed that this application be allowed and the writ petition be listed for final hearing. Mr.Rudrawar, learned Advocate, has no objection for listing the petition for final hearing.

In the light of the facts narrated above, this Civil Application is allowed. List Writ Petition No.1593/2002 for final hearing on 19.11.2015.
