This is an application by the original claimants seeking withdrawal of compensation amount.

It is pointed out that in similar matters arising out of the same project, this Court has permitted 75% of the withdrawal in C.A. No. 7610 of 2020. Considered the impugned judgment and particularly reasons stated in the application for enhancing compensation. In view of the above the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be invested in any nationalised bank, pending the appeals.
